How to set up face and fingerprint scan

Your fingerprint scan or face scan login may be disabled after you update your operating system (iOS or Android) or your Aware Super app.

If this happens, you can re-enable your fingerprint scan or face scan login after signing in with your username and password.

If your username or password has changed, you will also need to re-enable your fingerprint scan or face scan login, after logging in with your new username and password.

How to turn off face and fingerprint scan

Disable face and fingerprint scan at any time by logging into the app, tapping on the ‘Profile’ screen, then sliding the ‘Fingerprint’ toggle under ‘Login & Security”.

Once face and fingerprint scan is disabled, you can login with your username and password.
