Flexibility. I was lucky enough to take 10 months off work with my first baby in 2019 and again with my second in 2022. Becoming a first-time mum is tough, Aware made it easier by allowing me to remove myself from work and purely focus on my family.

Anisha Urudra, Senior Superannuation Advisor, Melbourne

Aware gives me the flexibility to simply embrace a greater work life balance. Sometimes this means spending extra time exploring Sydney with my wife and dog. Others it allows me to get out of the city for a long weekend at the snow.

Dave Johnson, Learning & Development Consultant, Sydney

Following my Summer Internship in December 2020, I moved into a permanent role as a Data Engineer. Aware has helped me to develop my career by working on multiple data-driven projects involving designing, developing and managing data pipelines in Microsoft Azure and Snowflake.

Varun Khushal, Data Engineer, Sydney

There aren’t many places you that offer the opportunity to participate in the take-private of a major ASX listed company, invest over $1bn in renewables globally and invest in a start-up. Couple that with one of the best working cultures makes you wonder, why wouldn't you work at Aware?!
