Online processing
We recommend allowing 3 business days for any online transaction to process. So if you can, completing your online application or request by Tuesday 25 June 2024 is a good idea.
Sending paper applications or cheques
If you’re sending a paper form or cheque in the mail, we suggest allowing 5 business days for us to receive it.
Contributions through cheque, BPAY or direct debit
Friday 28 June 2024
- Cheques must be received and banked by 12pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
- BPAY payments must be received by 5pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
- Direct debit (through Member Online) must be received by 5pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
Benefit payment requests

Switching an investment option
