Sending paper applications or cheques
If you’re sending a paper form or cheque in the mail, we suggest allowing 5 business days for us to receive it.

Pension Payment – Fortnightly
Pension Payroll will be processed on 17 Dec 2024, and funds expected to be paid between 19 - 20 Dec 2024

Investment Switches
Online switches can be completed on any business days, provided they are submitted before 3pm.
For submissions after 3pm, switch will be effective next business day.
Investment Fund – Contributions
Direct deposit and BPAY payments can be received on any business day as usual.
Please note that all requests received must be in good order at the cut off date otherwise the dates provided may not apply.
