Important dates to keep in mind for the end of financial year

For your application or request to be processed by 30 June 2024, the following cut off dates apply. But it may be super helpful to think about processing times too.

Online processing

We recommend allowing 3 business days for any online transaction to process. So if you can, completing your online application or request by Tuesday 25 June 2024 is a good idea.

Sending paper applications or cheques

If you’re sending a paper form or cheque in the mail, we suggest allowing 5 business days for us to receive it.

Contributions through cheque, BPAY or direct debit

Friday 28 June 2024

  • Cheques must be received and banked by 12pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
  • BPAY payments must be received by 5pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
  • Direct debit (through Member Online) must be received by 5pm on Friday 28 June 2024.

Benefit payment requests

Paper forms - Thursday 20 June 2024

  • Paper forms must be received by 5pm on Thursday 20 June 2024.

Online forms - Tuesday 25 June 2024

  • Online forms must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 25 June 2024.

Switching an investment option

Friday 28 June 2024

  • Paper forms must be received by 3pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
  • Online switches must be completed by 3pm on Friday 28 June 2024.

Applications for a Retirement Income account

Tuesday 25 June 2024
  • Paper forms must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 25 June 2024.
  • Online switches must be completed by 5pm on Tuesday 25 June 2024.

Recontribution strategy

Sunday 16 June 2024

  • All requests must be received by Sunday 16 June 2024.
