Important dates to keep in mind over the festive season

Benefit payment requests and withdrawals for Investment Funds

Tuesday 12 and Friday 15 December 2023

  • Paper forms received by Tuesday 12 December 2023 will receive payments before Christmas.
  • Web requests received by Friday 15 December 2023 will receive payments before Christmas.

Retirement Income Account applications

Monday 18 December 2023

  • Applications must be received by Monday 18 December 2023 to be included in the pension pay run after Christmas.

Retirement Income payments

Tuesday 26 December 2023

  • Refer to the September Significant Event Notice for details regarding Retirement Income Account changes.
  • Retirement Income payments scheduled for Tuesday 26 December 2023 will be processed on Wednesday 27 December 2023 and are expected to be paid to member accounts between Tuesday 2 January and Thursday 4 January 2024.

Investment option switches

Friday 29 December 2023

  • Paper forms must be received by 29th December 2023.
  • Online switches can be completed on any business day as usual (must submit by 3pm).

Contributions and Applications for the Investment Funds

  • Direct deposit and BPAY payments can be received on any business day as usual
  • Cheques  - no specific cut offs.  Cheques can be received on any business day as usual.  Regional offices should follow the normal cheque process.

  • All offices will be closed from 5:00pm(AEDT) Thursday 21 December 2023 – 9:00am(AEDT) Monday 9 January 2024.
