Your retirement income or retirement transition account gives you the flexibility to set up regular income payments from your retirement savings.
Key points:
- How much and when you get paid each year is up to you. A minimum annual withdrawal limit applies for both account types; and a maximum annual withdrawal limit applies for retirement transition accounts.
- Receive regular income payments from your super into your nominated bank account and select fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly pay dates.
- Make extra cash withdrawals when you need to - for retirement transition accounts, the maximum annual limit on withdrawals applies.
- You can change your payment frequency anytime in your Member Online account
Payment calendars
Select the relevant calendar below to view payment dates to your nominated account. Please allow two extra days if you bank with a credit union. It's unlikely these dates will change, but if they do, we’ll contact you in advance to let you know.
Nationwide public holidays can affect payment processing times. At Easter 2025, Good Friday falls on a payment day, 18 April. If you haven’t received your payment before Good Friday, the next business day is Tuesday 22 April.
Use the monthly calendar to understand your quarterly payments date, which are paid every three months from the month you received your first payment.
See below to view the calendar online, or if you prefer you can print out the fortnightly payment dates PDF or the monthly payment dates PDF.
If you’d like help with this, please call us on 1300 650 873 or book a callback.
