How to activate your account

Have your member number ready

You’ll find it in any email from us or on your welcome letter. Enter this and your DOB to register. If you haven’t provided us your mobile, you’ll be asked to add it to verify yourself.

Confirm and verify your details

We’ll send a PIN to the mobile number you gave us to confirm it’s you. Enter the PIN and it'll verify your identity.

Create username and password

Choose something only you will remember. Keep these in a safe place and don’t share your password with anyone.

Note: You’ll need to activate your online access before you can log in for the first time. If you can’t find your member number, you can retrieve it with your mobile number.

You can log in to your Member Online account using a browser on your desktop computer, mobile or tablet.

Or you can log in via the Aware Super app.

You can find your member number or username online.

You can also find your member number in your Aware Super welcome email or any of your statements.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it online

Whenever you start a new job you’ll have to provide your super details to your new employer. We’ve made this super easy for you: simply log into your Member Online account, download the Choose Aware Super form that has all your pre-filled details, and email it to your employer.
