Online account access lets you use Member Online and our award-winning[A4] app.

How to activate your account for online access

You’ll need to activate online access to your account before you’re able to log in. Once online access is active, you can set up a username and password for use with Member Online and our mobile app.

 

Have your member number ready

You’ll find it in any email from Aware Super or your welcome letter. If you can’t find it, you can retrieve your member number with your mobile number.

Enter your member number, along with any other details and your mobile or email.

Confirm and verify your details

We’ll instantly send a PIN to the mobile number you gave us.

Enter the PIN on the screen and it will verify your identity.

Create a username and password

Choose something only you will remember.

Keep these in a safe place so you can log in whenever you want. You’re ready!

Looking for help getting online?

You can log in to your online account using a browser on your desktop computer, mobile or tablet.

Or you can log in via the Aware Super app.

Before you log in to your account, you will need:

  • your member number or username
  • your password.


If it’s been a while since you created your account or logged in, you can retrieve your login details, or set a new password.

Once you have your username and password ready to go, you can log in.

You can find your member number or username online.

You can also find your member number in your Aware Super welcome email or any of your statements.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it online.

That’s ok! You can reset your password online.

You will need your member number or username.

If you’re starting a new job, and you want to stay with Aware Super, you will need to complete the Choose Aware Super form (PDF), 182kB and give it to your employer.

Or you may be given a Super standard choice form. You can also fill out the form online through myGov.

When filling out the form, you will need to know:

  • your tax file number
  • whether your’re full-time, part-time or casual
  • your account number.


You can find your account number on your statement or Under the My accounts section when you log in to your account.

You might also need your employee number from your employer as well, which is different to your member number.
