Five steps to get the best from the service

  1. Call the Teladoc team

    Call Teladoc Health on 1800 830 082 for a confidential discussion. You’ll be asked some questions to understand how best to help you.

  2. Get ready for your appointment
    Teladoc Health will book your appointment with an accredited dietician or exercise physiologist. If you want to have a session with both, separate appointments can be organised for you. You’ll receive your appointment call details and a pre-consultation questionnaire via email. You will need to complete and return the questionnaire before your appointment. 

  3. Talk to a health expert
    You’ll speak with a dietitian or exercise physiologist for up to one hour on a confidential video call. They’ll work with you to understand your goals and challenges. 

  4. Get a plan of action
    After your consultation, you’ll receive a personal, tailored plan by email. Your plan will give you clear steps to boost your fitness or nutrition. It may include meal plans, or advice on local fitness resources. 

  5. Follow up
    You can book a follow up appointment if you would like more support.
