  • It is a key distribution hub for Western Sydney, leased to a range of high-quality tenants.
  • The Yards is the first industrial estate to achieve a 6 Star Green Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
  • In conjunction with our partner Frasers Property Industrial we are developing approximately 77 hectares of the 118-hectare site into 14 high-quality industrial facilities over 400,000 m2.

  • We own 100% of Aeria Management Group.

  • The precinct is also home to emergency services as well as industrial, manufacturing, retail and entertainment businesses.

  • We are invested equally with our partner, Dutch pension fund APG.
