Estate planning is all about choosing who will make financial, medial and personal decisions if you can no longer make them yourself, as well as who will look after your estate and receive your assets when you die.

We’ve created a three-part estate planning webinar series about the importance of having an estate plan in place, so you and those close to you will be prepared if something unexpected were to happen to you.

We’ll explain why it’s so important to have a valid Will and how it can provide guidance for your loved ones during a difficult time. We’ll also cover how you can nominate others to receive your super and insurance benefit in the event of your death.

  • Estate planning: tips and traps

Your wishes, legal documents, laws and loved ones – we’re here to help you navigate some of the issues that can arise. We’ll cover testamentary trusts and complex Wills, how to protect vulnerable dependent, estate planning for blended families, and more.
