Check your inboxes for old emails or SMS

Email

You can find your member number in most Aware Super emails and SMS. It’s located at the top of every email we send you. Search the inbox of your chosen email platform, like Outlook or Gmail.

SMS

We also send your member number to you by SMS. On iPhone, open your Messages app, slide your finger down the screen until the search bar appears at the top, then type ‘Aware Super’ and your results will appear.

Find an annual statement or letter sent by mail

Your member number is on your annual statement and most letters that we send to you. You can find it at the top of your annual statement.

Log in to the app or Member Online

In Member Online

By default, your username is also your member number when you log in. If you have your passwords saved in your internet browser for a faster log in, you might be able to find it there.

In the app

If you’ve got a face or fingerprint scan set up, you can log in without your login details and find your member number. Once you’re logged in, tap ‘Profile’ at the bottom right-hand side of the screen and your member number will appear under your name.
