Unitholders' rights in connection with certain documents
Pursuant to section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Aware Financial Services Australia Ltd (ABN 86 003 742 756) gives notice of the rights of unitholders to choose whether and how they would like to receive documents relating to the Aware Investment Funds.
Unitholders:
- can elect to be sent certain or all documents in physical or electronic form; and
- can elect not to receive certain documents.
Some of the documents that you may make an election on include:
- documents that relate to a meeting of Members (including a meeting of a class of Members);
- Annual Reports of the Funds (such as the financial report, directors’ report and auditor’s report for the relevant financial year);
- a copy of the constitution for the Funds; and
- a notice of members’ rights under section 110K of the Corporations Act (such as this notice) unless the notice is readily available on a website.
