To get started give Teladoc a call on 1800 830 032 for a confidential discussion. 

  1. You’ll speak with a Teladoc Health team member, who will ask you some questions to better understand what you need. 
  2. They’ll then set up a time for a video call with a mental health, nutrition or fitness expert who will assess your situation.
  3. You’ll receive a treatment summary report outlining your personal action plan.
  4. The Teladoc Health team will check in with you on a regular basis to see how you’re going. And they’ll be able to adjust your plan if needed.

The treatment summary report is at no cost to you. You’ll need to cover the costs of any treatments you decide to take up after your first consultation with Teladoc Health.
