Retirement Manager wins Gold at 2026 Australian Good Design Awards

Retirement ManagerTM, Aware Super’s industry-first retirement planning platform, has been named a Gold Winner in the Digital Design Interface category at the 2026 Australian Good Design Awards.
The jury described Retirement ManagerTM as "a thoughtful and highly effective application of human-centred design that successfully translates sophisticated retirement modelling into clear, actionable guidance".
The judges also highlighted the tool's intuitive language, progressive disclosure and decision-support features, including the Retirement Income Confidence Score, which turns abstract risk concepts into emotionally resonant signals.
The jury commended the Aware Super team for "setting a benchmark that broadens access to personalised retirement advice at scale".
