Aware Super has been awarded an Epic Retirement Tick by Chant West and the Epic Retirement Institute.
Aware was one of only six funds to receive the award.
The Epic Retirement Tick is recognition that Aware Super, Australia’s third largest super fund, is delivering exceptional retirement outcomes for its members.
Funds were assessed across 18 different criteria including investment performance, advice, products, service quality and digital tools.
Aware Super’s Group Executive Member Growth Steve Travis said: “Receiving the Epic Retirement Tick recognises our unwavering commitment to helping our members achieve their retirement goals with confidence, dignity and financial security.
“We are absolutely committed to our goal of being Australia’s best fund for retirement and this award is welcome acknowledgment of the hard work of our teams and our focus on putting members first; not just at retirement, but throughout their journey with us.
“Achieving the retirement you want is about more than investment performance. It’s also about the support and advice you receive from your super fund to build a personalised plan and live your retirement confidently.”
The Epic Retirement Tick tops a successful year for the $200 billion super fund.
Aware Super won four major awards at the 2025 Chant West Super Fund Awards in May, including the top prize, Pension Fund of the Year, for the second-year running. It also won “Best Fund” in three key awards categories: Investments, Member Services and Advice Services.[A6]
In December, Aware Super was crowned the Fund of the Year at the Super Review SuperRatings Annual Super Fund of the Year Awards.[A5]
The Epic Retirement Tick was designed by Chant West and founder of the Epic Retirement Institute, Bec Wilson.
