Terms and Conditions – Member Preferences Survey Prize Draw for 10 x $100 GiftPay Gift Cards – July and August 2026

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Aware Super Pty Ltd (ABN 11 118 202 672, AFSL 293340), trustee of Aware Super (ABN 53 226 460 365) (“Aware Super”).

1.2 By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

You will be eligible to enter the competition (“Eligible Member”) if:

2.1 As of 24 July 2026, you are a member of Aware Super

2.2 You have been directly invited by email by Aware Super to participate in the Member Preferences Survey (“the Survey”) starting from 30 July 2026.

2.3 You are aged 18 years or older and are an Australian resident.

2.4 You are not an Aware Super employee, contractor or immediate family member of an Aware Super employee. 

 

3. Prize

3.1 The prize is one $100 GiftPay Digital Gift Card (“the Prize”)

3.2 There are ten prizes available to be won.

3.3 A maximum of one prize per entry can be won.

3.4 Prizes are not transferable or redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

 

4. How to enter

4.1 The competition opens at 9:00 AM (AEST) on 30 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 16 August 2026.

4.2 Eligible Members must complete the Survey, including the final prize draw question and submit their responses in the timeframe specified in Clause 4.1.

4.3 One entry per Eligible Member is permitted.

4.4 Entries will be judged based on the quality and insightfulness of responses to a specific question.

4.5 The top ten responses in terms of quality and insightfulness will be selected as winners and will receive the Prize.

4.6 Judging will be conducted by a panel appointed by Aware Super and winners will be notified via email (i.e. the email address that the Survey was sent to) within 7 business days after the survey closes.

4.7 If winner does not respond in the timeframe and manner specified in the email within 14 days, a new winner will be selected based on their response to the prize draw question until a winner has been contacted.

4.8 The prize will be emailed to the prize winner within 30 days of receiving their reply email confirming acceptance.
 

5. General  

5.1 If circumstances beyond Aware Super’s control prevent the Competition from being conducted as reasonably anticipated (for example technical difficulties or fraud), Aware Super may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any individual or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition.

5.2 Each eGift is valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date. When a gift recipient selects how they will redeem their gift by choosing a participating merchant's eGift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of the eGift Card may change.

5.3 The winner of the Prize accepts the $100 GiftPay Gift Card ‘as is’ and acknowledge that Aware accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.

5.4 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included as part of the Prize, and must be borne by the recipient of the Prize.
