From making payments to financial reporting, our clearing house^1 makes managing super quick and seamless. And it's free to use for registered employers.
It also helps reduce your downtime, by allowing you to manage all of your super contributions in one place and with one transaction, rather than dealing with multiple super funds.
Making payments through the clearing house
Super payments can be made to our clearing house by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Preparing to use the clearing house
To get going with the clearing house, you’ll need the following information from your employees to begin making payments:
- Tax file number
- Contact details – including email address and mobile phone number
- Gender and date of birth
- Payment details
You can provide contribution data either by uploading a SuperStream compliant file or by entering your employee’s information directly into the system.

When you make a contribution through our clearing house, your data is protected by encryption, file compression and audit trail reporting, so you can rest assured that your data is protected.
Furthermore, any contribution data shared with us is visible to a select few of our representatives, and our trusted administrator, Mercer.

If you only have a small number of employees with usShow more
If you employ only a small number of Aware Super members, you may wish to make contributions to them using the SuperStream compliant option offered by your default super fund. Alternatively if you are a small business, you could consider using the government’s free clearing house.
