Get your important updates online, instead of by mail, by updating your communication preferences.
Log in.
Toggle your preferences from Post to Email.
For the Annual Report, select No Delivery or Email. This will mean you’ll get a message when the Annual Report is ready to view on our website.
Log in to the app, or download it from the Apple Store or Android Store and create an account.
Tap Profile.
Select Update communication preferences and choose what you’d like to receive by email.
Member Online is your secure, online account.
Use it to easily manage your super and retirement money, including:
Checking your balance.
Changing income payments.
Switching investment options.
To set up your account you’ll need your member number, which you can find on letters or emails from us or using this online form.
