We're changing how income payments can be made to your Investment Fund account

In November, we’re transferring your current product to another Aware Super product, which means our systems and processes will also change. As a result, we’ll no longer be able to deposit income payments from your pension account directly into your Investment Fund account.

Action you need to take

Please supply your bank or credit union account details to us by 1 November 2023.

We’ll deposit your income payments into your nominated bank or credit union account instead of your Investment Fund account.

How to nominate your bank or credit union account

If you have an online account:

1. Log in to the Client Secure Portal

2. Check your nominated bank or credit union account details are correct. If not:

3. Go to ‘Manage client details’ then select ‘Add bank account’.

4. To direct your income payments to this bank or credit union account, go to ‘Pension account’, and select ‘Manage pension details’.

If you don’t have an online account, you can submit a paper form: 

  1. Please download a copy of the 'Pension change of account details form'
  2. Please complete and return this form to us, ensuring you follow any certified ID requirements, before 3pm 31 October 2023.

Please let us know your chosen bank or credit union account details by 1 November 2023.

If you don’t provide us with these details by 1 November 2023, your next income payment might be delayed.

If you choose to use paper forms to make these changes, we’ll need the forms before 3pm, 31 October 2023.

How to set up a BPAY or Direct Debit

If you wish to continue to direct your income payments from your nominated bank or credit union account into your Investment Fund account, you could use BPAY or set up a Direct Debit transfer.

  • For BPAY: Please use the Investment Fund BPAY biller code (156208) and your Customer Reference Number (CRN).
  • For Direct Debit: Please download the ‘Investment Fund Change of Details’ form. Complete Section 10 of the form and return it to us before 3pm 31 October 2023.
