Easily create new super accounts through the Aware Super clearing house.

Creating new members in the Aware Super clearing house is easy, plus they’ll be added as an “employer sponsored” member and may be eligible for automatic insurance.

Simply follow these steps:

  • In the “Maintenance” menu, select “Add Member”
  • Add the mandatory member information required by the clearing house.
  • Once you have made all the required changes, click Confirm and Send and the member will be added to the database.

To select Aware Super as your default fund:

  • Go to the main menu and select "Employer Details"
  • Select "Employer Maintenance”
  • Select "Manage Funds”
  • Choose Aware Super as your default
You can choose to add Aware Super as your default super fund of choice provider, using the search bar.
  • Finally, confirm the details by pressing “Update”.

Once we’re added as one of your default funds, we can automatically setup member accounts using the details you include for new employees in future contribution files.
