Very happy with the service call- this is the 2nd time I rang aware super, I am impressesd. The 1st time was approx a year ago. I waited 5 minutes then a human spoke to me. Wow that was quick & he was patient and helpful, not trying to fob me off or pass the bucket on. I thought I just got lucky that day. Today I rang and waited less than a minute & Rohan assisted me.
