Important EOFY dates 

We’re here to help you stay on track as we approach the end of the financial year. To ensure your client’s transactions are processed this financial year, please note the processing cut-off dates below for implementing client strategies.

Cut-off date for submission 

Transaction types

Week Commencing 19th May 2025 Sequential Transaction Requests: any requests that require two related transactions (where the second transaction can only occur after the first is completed).
For example: Double Cash Out / Re-Lodge and Pension Payment Timing (where a recontribution is required).
Week Commencing 19th May 2025 Requests involving a single Contribution or Single Cash Out / Re-lodge where an advice fee is to be processed mid-implementation.
Week Commencing 2nd June 2025 Requests involving a single Contribution or Single Cash Out / Re-lodge where an advice fee is to be processed post implementation, but the fee payment is required in FY25.
Week Commencing 9th June 2025 Basic strategies only.
13th June 2025 Advice fee requests deadline to ensure advice fees are deducted prior to the 30th June 2025
Benefit Payment applications
  • Paper forms must be received by 5:00pm 23 June to be processed by 30 June.
  • Online forms must be submitted by 5:00pm 25 June to be processed by 30 June.
  • Once processed, it will take 2-3 days for the member to receive their funds.
Paper pension applications Must be received by 5:00pm 23 June
Switches
  • Paper form must be received by 3:00pm Friday 27 June Online must be completed by 3:00pm Monday 30 June

BPAY Must be received by COB 25 June in order to be applied for the 24/25 FY
Direct debit via Member Online Must be received by COB 25 June

The dates outlined below are to assist with contribution funds being received and banked with Aware by 30 June.

Aware cannot guarantee receipt date of funds via BPAY or Direct Debit, It is dependent on the members financial institution processing time frames.

30 June falls on Monday, we recommend members submit BPAY or Direct Debit requests early in the week, so funds are received by Aware Friday 27 June.

To avoid delays or missed deadlines, please ensure all requests are submitted by the relevant cut-off date. For further guidance or support, contact our team.
