We’re delighted to welcome you to Aware Super, following our merger with WA Super on 3 December 2020.

You are now part of one of Australia’s largest industry super funds, managing $130 billion in savings for over 1 million Australians^1.

Being an Aware Super member means you’re with a super fund that will do well for you and good for all – providing you with competitive fees^2, top-10 investment performance^3 and a range of services to meet your needs. You’ll continue to have access to the local advice, services and support in WA, but now with the backing of a larger team.

Key things to know

Your new Aware Super account

By now, you should have received your Aware Super Welcome Pack in the mail. It includes your new member number, account snapshot and steps for setting up your new account.

Here’s some simple steps to help you set up your super account for success, whether you have an Accumulation or Pension account.

Online account access

You’re now able to set up your Aware Super online account.  You’ll need your Aware Super member number to register for access to your account online or via the Aware Super mobile app. You can call 13 AWARE for your member number if your welcome pack hasn’t arrived yet. Your WA Super online account access is no longer available. 

Your local office

You'll continue to access quality service and financial advice at your existing local office at Level 19, 140 St George’s Terrace, Perth. For other local offices around Australia visit aware.com.au/locations

Tool for planning for retirement

Although you no longer have access to SuperClick Advice, Aware Super has an online retirement calculator called My Retirement Planner, which you can use to plan for your retirement. This retirement calculator allows you to view your super, to see if you can afford to retire earlier, find out how much your retirement could cost and see how any changes you make now might give you more choices for your future.

Our Growth option has delivered returns of 7.89% for accumulation members (versus an industry average of 7.07%)3, and 8.82% for pension members (compared with an industry median of 7.91%)^,placing us in the top performance quartile for the 10 years to 30 October 2020.
