Started a new job? Take us with you

  1. Download the Aware app
  2. Launch the app and login
  3. Click on "Profile". Here you will find your member number and our important fund details.
  • If your employer gave you a choice form to complete, you will find all the information you need in your profile.
  • To email your employer your fund details, simply click ‘Share Membership Details’. This will open an email with your member number and our fund information. Enter your employers email address and press send.

  1. Download and complete this choice form.

    (Or you can access the pre-filled standard choice form. Simply login to your account and select employer contributions underneath the balance history chart).

  2. Print or email a copy of the completed form and send to your new employer. 
  3. Your employer will pay your super into your existing Super  Aware ccount.

  3. Give the choice form and the complying fund notice to your employer.
  4. Your employer will pay your super into your existing Aware Super account.
