We’re putting members and employers first by opening new service centres across Australia, including in Canberra, ACT and Geelong, VIC.

What’s a service centre?

Our service centres give members and employers a chance to meet face-to-face with our team to get information about accounts, help with forms and general enquiries and get quality financial advice from a local financial planner.

How will you benefit?

Our new service centres are located in main shopping areas and business districts, and are in prominent and accessible locations. That means we’re easy to spot, and you’ll find it convenient to drop by during business hours.

Do you have to make an appointment?

No appointment is necessary for information and general enquiries at our service centres. To meet with a financial planner or your client relationship manager for more complex matters we recommend making an appointment in advance.

We look forward to seeing you.
